Delivering the goods
Place your order before 10am and Some items will be delivered
within 5 days after receiving the T/T Payment.* Subject
to stock availability. This service covers most areas
and product ranges. Please note that some items are delivered
direct from our supplier and may take longer to arrive.
We will inform you of this when you place your order.
All deliveries are made by DHL,FEDEX,TNT,UPS.or if
any shipment Please let us know In advance.

If we are unable to deliver your goods within 30 days,
and you have not been informed of this before you place
your order, we will contact you to agree alternative
arrangements. If however you wish to cancel your order,
a full refund of any monies paid will be sent to you
within 30 days.
About the freight Charges:
We prefer the Freight to be prepaid or to be collected.If
freight to be prepaid Before dispatching sending the
Invoice we will make the detailed Packing List for your
references,and gives you the precise freight charges.
Extra Charges will possibly be added.
Volumetric Conversion: Large,lightweight packages will
be charged at their dead weight or volumetric weight(i.e.for
the size of the package),whichever is greater.To find
the volumetric weight,calculate the volume of the package(LXWXH)in
M3 and multiply this by 167.
Security and Fuel Surchage may be imposed when
required.
For specific areas in US,a delivery surcharge may apply
for consignment above 30 kgs. In this case, our working
employee will notify you in advance.
We will adopt the savest freight cost for our distributors
and retailers in selecting the the forwardings according
to the destinations.
